Who is suitable for Activity Based Working? No doubt you’ve been asking yourself this question. We believe and know that everyone can participate in an Activity Based Workstyle. With our work style indicator (online survey) your employees gain insights into their personal strengths and weaknesses in relation to the Activity Based Workplace. No matter if your employers are introvert and/or extrovert, ABW supports all personas.

Strengths and Potential

What a potential weakness is for one, is strength for someone else and vice versa. During a workshop teammates share each other’s strengths and weaknesses. The workshop will be an enabler for change and empowerment. Activity Based Working gives employees the choice to get the best out of their day in the office environment.

Results Workstyle Survey

The result of the workstyle indicator and the workshop is that employees understand their personal success and failure. They have faith in Activity Based Working, and through sharing each other’s strengths and weaknesses they create connections. People are able to motivate and support each other in Activity Based Work settings and by doing this on a personal level it facilitates collaboration.

Conditions:

  • There is no minimum or maximum number of participants set for the questionnaire . The workshops (2 hours) is with 8-15 participants.
  • The online questionnaire is a science-based standard. Your data will be anonymous in a database.
