Heléne Lidström

Heléne Lidström has over 20 years experience in senior positions in companies like Finnair, Microsoft, Icon Medialab and Tele2. Change, the theme of communication, culture and leadership in the new world of work has been the common thread.

Heléne has a passionate interest in corporate culture, as well as the individual’s ability to manage, operate and take responsibility for their own motivation based on trust. Heléne has written the book “Det Nya Arbetslivet – så skapades Sveriges bästa arbetsplats” (Bookhouse 2016), where she shares her experiences and lessons learned from Microsoft’s change to a new workstyle.
