CHALLENGE

Woonbedrijf Eindhoven, The Netherlands, merged together with another big housing corporation. This merger meant getting all four offices on the same page. The most important part of this change was to improve client satisfaction and the “fun” their employees had while at work.

To work together, smarter and more efficiently was the ultimate goal; in an environment that should feel like a warm coat.

THE
RESULTS

By merging all locations into one, it’s easier for both clients and employees to find us and each other. Nobody has his or her own desk, we expect employees to find the right spot for the right task. The management played an exemplary role in this process.

Together we realised a broad connection, a feeling of belonging. The management is setting the example.
