Innovate Your Way of Working Series – A Peer Conversation | 28 May
For the past year, COVID-19 has created unique challenges for organizations and employees alike. At the same time, it has given us pause for thought, leading to us gaining insights, options and different approaches to creating safe working environments, virtual collaboration approaches and strategies in dealing with an ever-changing ecosystem. However, New Ways of Working is still a large unknown for many people leaders and we want to bring together peers to share and learn from each other’s experiences.
In this first series, ‘Driving Workplace Effectiveness through Human-Centric Innovation’, we will be facilitating a conversation on what are/were the pain points faced by organizations and employees, both those which have been solved and those they are still facing today. In addition, we hope to explore what challenges are preventing employees to drive innovation at their workplace.
This will be an interactive session where participants can share their perspectives, develop their understanding, and foster the ability to drive workplace effectiveness and engagement.

About the speakers:
A Senior Workstyle Consultant with 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, change management and M&A. He has worked across Europe and APAC, with a wide variety of experience advising across industry verticals and business types (MNCs, Startups, SMEs).
He is a certified Coach and accomplished facilitator, supporting senior leaders and businesses across APAC in achieving their goals. He has deep expertise in the future of work, driving change sustainably and encouraging innovation across organisational structures.
Pascal Gerard Daniel
For last two decades, Pascal has been helping business leaders to drive successful business transformations in areas of customer services; business solutions; quality and operations. He has been based in France; Brazil, Russia, India and Singapore. He is currently leading Customer Success unit for a big tech company across APAC region where he is responsible for scaling-up digital innovation and continuous improvement practise as a tool to drive customer delight; employee engagement and helping clients to capture the value of 5G; IoT; digital automation and Industry 4.0.
Pascal holds Design Thinking certification based on IDEO & Stanford school of Design curriculum; is Services Excellence coach from Up’ Your services and Lean Black Belt practitioner. He enabled thousands of people and leaders across 4 continents to develop customer-centric culture and is a regular keynote speaker on topics of services & operational excellence; creative problem solving and continuous innovation.
From the start of his career, Tim was at the forefront of digital transformations. He is working with teams to accelerate innovation, collaboration and excellence; as a result, improving their agility and effectiveness in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment. Through his experience he shaped the belief that great conversations, cross-silo relationships and meaningful work will lead to excellence – People Excellence.
His work is based on intrinsic motivation and he is passionate about positive leadership that drives extraordinary results. He is reaching out via workshops, coaching, tools and keynotes which aim to inspire the people side of business. Peers appreciate his persistence, entrepreneurship and creativity. Originally from Switzerland, he has been working for the better part of his career in the Asian region.
