Join Aspect Furniture in an interactive Breakfast Session presented by Veldhoen and Company, where Gijs Nooteboom will share best practices and lessons learnt from implementing Activity Based Working since the early 1990s.
Using examples of transformational projects completed in Australasia and Europe, Gijs will explore the growing need and relevance for Activity Based Working in New Zealand and how the physical workplace can be one of the most powerful HR and leadership levers in supporting a cultural shift towards a happier and healthier way of working.
More importantly, this session explores some of the personal, professional, and societal implications to challenging deeply ingrained workplace practices that are not serving people anymore.
