The result of the workstyle indicator and the workshop is that employees understand their personal success and failure. They have faith in Activity Based Working, and through sharing each other’s strengths and weaknesses they create connections. People are able to motivate and support each other in Activity Based Work settings and by doing this on a personal level it facilitates collaboration.
- There is no minimum or maximum number of participants set for the questionnaire . The workshops (2 hours) is with 8-15 participants.
