Facilitating and understanding activities like focused work, collaboration, making phone calls, etc… is the core of Activity Based Working. All employees do different types of activities throughout the day. Sometimes we are not even aware of that. So our Activity Analysis creates awareness in line with the daily activities being performed, and you have input for making decisions about the necessary facilities required.
Activity patterns and requirements
To get an understanding of current activities, your employees first need to complete an online questionnaire anonymously (which takes around 10 minutes), and from the collected data we analyse their activity patterns and information requirements.
We can measure up to 25 different activities in organisations. A number of them mentioned below:

This current reality snapshot of our Activity Analysis is used as the basis for discussions in workshops to generate their future activity needs, based off their aspirations for a new way of working. The future activity based workstyle will inform for the physical, behavioural and virtual concept.
