Anna Jaike has a background in Psychology and Sociology, both in the direction of Labor and Organization. During her master's she has developed a strong interest in the behavioral and cultural side of organizational change and has researched the influence of the organizational culture on organizational processes. Anna Jaike believes in a holistic and iterative approach to organizational change in which the human side is central.
