Audrey is a Singaporean who has lived and worked in Shanghai and Guangzhou for 15 years, beginning her career at L’Oreal Shanghai’s Maybelline NY International Team. She is a bilingual StrengthsFinder trainer and also a certified Newfield Ontological Coach. Over the past decade, Audrey has worked with leaders in both the Corporate and Start-Up space in South East Asia and Hong Kong, to shape their culture and talent strategy. She looks forward to partnering with leaders to cultivate a strong foundation of trust within and among teams, and unleash the potential of each organisation toward high-performance together.
