No trust, no glory
Marc studied Business Administration and work/organisational psychology, with a master's degree in Change Management. As a manager, he led many change processes. The past 10 years he worked for the Center of People and Buildings, a knowledge center that conducts research into workplace innovation. This is where he immersed himself in the change-side of ABW. For Marc, this is key to a successful implementation of ABW. He wants to use his knowledge and experience to convince organisations of the need for a well thought-out change approach.
