WEBINAR 16th Sept: Leading Distributed Teams Effectively During COVID-19 and Beyond
An online event on 16th September 2020 by Human Capital Community.
Many organisations across the world have shifted to remote work in response to COVID-19. Even in the best of circumstances, managing employees across Asia can be a challenge. Yet when complete teams are working from home, the task of leading an organisation is even greater. The sudden, enormous shift to remote working has forced managers to lead their employees in new and different ways.
During this webinar, 4 inspiring business women will share their insights, experiences, personal journeys and how they overcame their biggest challenges, taking the leap to lead remotely. They will touch upon various leadership challenges and opportunities: from fostering high–performing diverse teams, the role of HR, organisational culture, structures and processes, to digital transformation.
JOIN our panel discussions on:
- How leaders can adjust their leadership style to effectively navigate through times of crisis while managing distributed teams.
- The practical responsibilities leaders need to align so that their teams can continue to perform and ideally thrive.
- Whether women leaders share any common strengths or approach to management (especially in times of crisis)
We look forward to welcoming you to this inspiring and interactive webinar!
