Lauren is passionate about improving quality of life for people. After working for a decade in the social sector, she joined V+C to focus on how environments can improve our productivity, wellbeing, and satisfaction at work. She has 15 years of experience in organization development, including development of mission, vision, and values, strategic and scenario planning, and designing change strategies. She holds an MA in Organization Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University and a BA in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Spanish (with a minor in Modern Dance) from Washington University in St. Louis. Originally from Northern California, she now lives in the Washington, DC region with her family. She has practiced yoga for 15 years and has recently taken up running and rock climbing.
