Inhouse Group3 are hosting a breakfast session to explore strategies for health and wellbeing at work.

Gijs will kick off the morning, facilitating a discussion on Workplace Strategy as a Lever for Well-being. See details of the full session here.

Anyone who has attended a session with Gijs will know to expect a provocative discussion that will open your mind to the differences between the more traditional  work place strategies and the more contemporary ones. And what this means for health and wellbeing at work. Specifically, Gijs will share insights into how contemporary workplace strategies, if developed and implemented in a robust way,  trigger a higher level of well-being in the mental, physical and emotional space and explore how, as employers, there is an opportunity to marry the well-being of our people with better outcomes of higher performing teams by making an informed decision about the work place strategy.
