The Challenge
Woonbedrijf Eindhoven, in the Netherlands, merged together with another big housing corporation. This merger meant getting all four offices on the same page and under one roof. The most important part of this change was to improve client satisfaction and ensure employees were having “fun” while at work.
This would be evaluated towards the goals of working smarter and more efficiently together; all in an environment that should feel like a "warm coat".

The Result
